Very disappointed and I went with this company because of the so called good reviews. My carpet was not dirty but just had few high traffic areas that needed a little attention. Carpet dries all the high traffic areas are still the same. Would have been better off going to Home Depot rented a machine did it myself. Waste of money

I hired Chris to clean my carpets and hardwood floors. He did a fantastic job on both, especially the hardwood floors. We were renting the home and we're afraid we'd lose a lot of our deposit. The carpet and hardwood floors came out beautiful and we got back our entire deposit.
