I purchased a home on 12/11/25 and Chris, with Preferred Carpet Cleaning came out on the next day to clean my carpets. Chris was very professional, on time and was done in a timely manner. The work was wonderful and made my new home smell so good. I will definitely call him back and refer him to friends and family. Cleaning carpets is not something I enjoy doing especially when you have big spills and it’s a dark color, but when I call Preferred Carpet Cleaning, they understood exactly my situation and scheduled a time the very next morning. They arrived on time were friendly and courteous. They made sure that they covered all the spots and did not leave until I was completely satisfied with their work.
