My rental contracts states i have to hire a professional carpet cleaning business for when i move out. I hired chris 12/07/23 for carpet cleaning. He on time, very friendly, affordable & did a great job. Would hire again if needed for any other carpet/floor cleaning job.

I called Preferred Carpet several times to clean the carpet for my 90+ year old uncle. Chris treated and removed stains of cranberry juice, blood and others. Each time my uncle (who loved to talk) commented on how nice and friendly Chris was 😊 Also Chris was gracious in answering any question I had.
